Cancellation and Refund Policy

The meaning of any capitalized terms used but not specified above is definitively established by the Terms of Use, which govern your utilization of our mobile and portable application 'Bringgg' (the 'App') and our website www.bringgg.com (the 'Website'). Both the Website and the App are unequivocally denoted as the 'Platform.'" Cancellation Reasons and Refunds

Cancelled by Sender:

  • Money deducted from Sender's account but payment failed - Full refund to Sender's source account.
  • After payment and before handover to Bringgger - Full refund to Sender's source account.
  • After handover to Bringgger (Non-cancellable).
  • In Return (Non-cancellable) - Upon successful package collection from Bringgger, a full refund will be initiated to Sender's source account.
  • Delay in delivery / Rescheduling (Non-cancellable).
  • After delivery (Non-cancellable).

Cancelled by Bringgger:

  • After payment by Sender and before collecting from Sender - Full refund to Sender's source account.
  • After collecting from Sender but the trip was Cancelled - Upon successful package handover to Sender, a full refund will be initiated to Sender's source account.
  • Delay in delivery / Rescheduling (Non-cancellable).
  • After delivery (Non-cancellable).
  • Unable to meet the Receiver / Receiver didn't show up - Bringgger contacted support, and after investigation, the amount will be transferred to Bringgger's account with no refund to Sender.

Cancelled by Bringgg:

  • Package not delivered to the Receiver: Sender may be entitled to a refund upto 100% of the Order value if Bringgger fails to deliver the Order due to a cause attributable to either Bringgger or Bringgg. However such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by Bringgg. Bringgg’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
  • Items are missing or damaged: Sender may be entitled to a refund upto 100% of the Order value if any of these issues have happened during the transit by the Bringgger. However such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by Bringgg. Bringgg’s decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
  • Items damaged due to Sender's packing fault - After investigation, the amount will be transferred to Bringgger's account with no refund to Sender.
  • Sender have the responsibility to package items appropriately based on level of risk, fragility and other factors specific to the individual item, as determined by the Sender. Bringgg or Bringgger cannot know what packaging is necessary for any item Sender send. Please use Your best judgment when packing Your Gig as Roadie is not liable for loss or damage to any Gig if it is not properly packed to withstand the safety and integrity of the item during delivery or in compliance with all Applicable Law.
